Fritters made with banana, rice flour and jaggery
- 3 Banana
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Grated Jaggery
- Mash bananas along with jaggery. Add rice flour along with little water to make thick batter.
- Deep fry dumplings of batter on low flame till brown on all sides.
- Serve Koat Pitha with tea.
