Hot lentil fritters served as side dish
- 1 cup All purpose flour / Maida
- 2 tablespoons Besan / gram flour
- 1/2 cup Yogurt, thick
- 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
- 3 green chilli, chopped finely
- Sugar, adjust according to taste
- Curry leaves, few
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- Mix maida, besan, baking soda, salt, sugar, yogurt, ginger, curry leaves, and green chillies. Mix well. Allow to rest.
- Deep fry spoonful of batter in hot oil till evenly cooked.
- Serve Goli Baje hot with chutney.
