salad of stir fried carrot & green chilies
- 1 cup Carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1/3 teaspoon Musted seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Hing
- 2 Green chili, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, hing and green chillies.
- Add grated carrot and turmeric powder. Saute for minute.
- Adjust taste with salt and lemon juice.
- Serve Gajar Sambharo as side dish.
