Fried flat bread served as snack
- 1 cup Rice, soaked overnight
- 1 cup Channa dal, soaked overnight
- 1 Ginger, half inch piece
- 2 Green Chilly
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-For Deep Frying
- Grind rice and dal along with ginger, green chilly, cumin, salt and turmeric powder into smooth paste.
- Heat oil. Once hot, pour tablespoon of batter into hot oil as it takes circular shape. Deep fry till golden on all sides.
- Serve Dhuska hot with chutney.
