Zesty, appetizing and savoury coconut, mint and coriander chutney
- 1 cup Fresh grated coconut
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
- 1 cup Coriander leaves
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Tamarind
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Lime to taste
- Grind fresh coconut, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic cloves and tamarind paste together to smooth consistency.
- Adjust taste with salt and lime juice. Add water for smooth consistency.
- Serve Coconut chutney as side dish.
