Rice flakes yoghurt porridge with mango and cardamom and nuts.
- 2 cups Poha
- 1 cup Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Mango Pulp (or chopped mangoes)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 cup Almonds, cashewnuts and pistachios
- Sugar to taste
- Soak poha in water for about 5 minutes. Drain.
- Mix with yogurt, mango pulp, cardamom powder, nuts and sugar.
- Serve Chire Doi Aam
