Indian bread recipe from Bidar
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Semolina
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Combine flours, semolina and salt. Mix well. Using water knead into dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
- Taking small piece of dough at a time roll into oval shape.
- Deep fry on hot flame till fluffy and light golden brown.
- Serve bidari paratha hot along with curry.
