Crunchy fried pumpin seed snack.
Bhajil means fried in Konkani, dudde bee means pumkin seeds.
- 1/2 cup mature pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Deseed the pumpkin and collect all the seeds.
- Fry pumpkin seeds in hot oil for 3 minutes, till uniformly cooked.
- Season with spices and salt.
- Eat them hot when crunchy.
