Traditional Gujarati flat-bread made from black millet or bajra. Often served with Baigan Bharta – “ringan nu bharthu & bajra no rotlo”.
- 2 cups Bajra flour
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Knead bajra flour with salt and ghee into smooth dough.
- Taking small piece, on flat surface pat dough in circular shape with palm.
- Bake on hot tava on both sides. Grill.
- Grease with ghee. Serve bajara na rotla hot with sabji.
